Check-in and group assignments will be done PRIOR to entering the exhibit. Please arrive to the exhibit at 9am to ensure proper start of experiential workshop.
An exhibit of preserved human bodies dissected to display bodily systems (internal organs, fetuses, nervous, skeletal and digestive systems). The tour will take you through the various systems and afford you an opportunity to work with Deaf and Interpreter Facilitators demonstrating specialized ASL; provide you with an opportunity to practice interpreting with a supportive team and learn more about medical interpreting. Workshop is presented in ASL and English ~appropriate for interpreters of all levels of IPP
